I LOVE YOU MAMA AND I KNOW YOU KNEW THAT. YOU ARE NOT SUFFERING ANYMORE. OUR GOOD LORD TOOK YOU TO THE KINGDOM OF HOLINESS TO BE WITH THE REST OF YOUR FAMILY. I KNOW THAT YOU ARE SO HAPPY NOW AFTER SUFFERING ALL OF YOUR LIFE. LOSING BOTH PARENTS AND A 2 AND 3 YEAR OLD BROTHER AND SISTER THEN YOUR UNCLE ROCCO IN THE BATTLE OF THE BULGE IN WORLD WAR II. WITH WHOM YOU WERE VERY CLOSE TO. WITH ALL THAT CARRIED ON YOUR SHOULDERS YOU WERE A BEAKON OF LIFE THAT SHINED THROUGH EVERY DAY OF OUR LIVES. I LOVE YOU MAMA.

Angie and I send our sympathies to all at Sarah's--Mrs. Okin's--passing. How truly a wonderful person! All the way back to my Mom who taught at Pargny and helped in passing on some English language...to Angie and I @ FHS and the cafeteria...to our older son Bill being chosen to win the Rocco Cataldo Memorial Music Award, 1990... to Sara's work & dedication as a precinct 2-2 election official...well just so much! She will be missed! Once more, our condolences to all.

My condolences to the family of this wonderful lady, Mrs. Okin. Ms. Rose, sometimes I called her Aunt Rose, was the kindest, toughest cafeteria lady in the history of the profession. We the students of Pargny Elementary (and Farrell High school) adored her. I recall her smile and how she regularly would help hungry students find additional food during lunch. My eyes light up and my heart fills with joy when I think of her kindness to us all.
