Richard L. "Butch" Hogue

Richard L. "Butch" Hogue, 58 of 536 Glen Ave., Ellwood City passed away at the VA Medical Center, Butler on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 3:45 P.M. He was born in Ellwood City on May 21, 1952 to the late Charles Leroy and Augusta Mae Mohr Hogue. He is survived by his wife the former Cindy M. Rogan Hogue whom he married on May 23, 1987. Butch worked as a mechanic for over 30 years at Ralph's Super Service on Lawrence Ave. in Ellwood City. He was a member of the Eagle's Club in Ellwood and a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving from 1972 through 1974. Bedsides his wife Cindy at home he is survived by 2 children and 2 step-children, Rachel Mae Hogue, Richard Bronson Hogue of Las Vegas, Michele Zimmer and Mark Bacon both of Ellwood City, 6 Grandchildren, 2 sisters, Charolette Copper of Ellwood City and Sherry Wiley of Fombell and 2 brothers, Leroy Hogue of Green Acres, FL and David Hogue of Palm Beach, FL. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Arlene Hogue and Kathleen Miller and 2 brothers, Ron and Paul Hogue. Friends may call at the Joseph A. Tomon, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 7 to 9 P.M. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, July 1, 2010 at 11 A.M. by Rev. Carmen Venezie. Full Military Rites will be offered by the Veterans Honor Guard.
