Such fond memories I have of our families worshiping God together and having great fun with family and friendsHalloween, Thanksgiving, New years partys complete with black eyed peas for good luck...etc. ect. But most of all when Marv was in Japan and I couldn't get out of bed on a Sunday morning. Trent called you, Bill, you and Gary hurried over to rush me to Passavant hospital..few months later I had surgery..that was just ONE example how you have helped each member of our family! Such a Godsend to so many people! That is why I know exactly where you are now..love and hugs till we meet again.

Bill,
Seems like it has been a short time since our paths crossed and we became friends. I truly appreciate the guidance and example you have been to me and my family as we have matured over the years. I'm very pleased that God caused our paths to converge and by his Word trust and believe they will converge again. Thanks for being a leader and example and enjoy heaven.

William, you will be greatly missed by me. Thank you for helping me grow up guided with the love you showed me. You gave me my first "real" job. You encouraged me when I needed a friend or father figure, and always were in my corner reinforcing God's love and guidance. The world has lost a Godly man that made it much easier to manage this world. I know you are singing with the angels and driving the most beautiful Corvair on those streets of Gold. Love you dearly and thank you for choosing to be a part of my life.

I have had the privilege of knowing Bill only the last five years of his life, and it has been a blessing to spend time with Bill and Mary Lou. His love and commitment to God and to the church has been witnessed by many, and as sad as it is to see him leave this world, the joy that now inhabits him as he stands before the Lord far surpasses anything in this life. Though you no longer walk this earth I pray your impact here will be felt for generations to the glory of God! I'll miss you!

I will greatly miss Uncle Bill. That is what we always called him. We might not have been technically family, but you always seemed like my second family. Some of my greatest childhood memories were spending time with all of you. All the trips Uncle Bill and my Dad made taking Missy and I to the candy store. How our dads could always be found after dinner, napping in a chair. The times we spent with all of you in Cumberland will forever be cherished in my heart. I wish we could be with you all during this time, please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I Love You Uncle Bill!

My deepest sympathy to the family. Although I did not have the opportunity of knowing Mr. Hite, I know he was very much loved and will be deeply missed. I have got to know his son Gary, who seems to have inherited his fathers wit and kindness and I thank his father for that.

Well brother, this is so hard ti to write this at this time///yes you are my one only only brother so many stories we could tell growing up on a small family farm. Like the time you wanted to shoot the pig at buthching time our grandfather removed the bullet and replaced it with a paper one yes you got down in all that crap boots and all as a little kid you took aim the gun craked and you threw the gun down in the crap and jumped over the fence. and the time mom thought we may have "PIN WORMS" and someone told her when we went to sleep to put turpentine on our "BUTT" WELL you being the BIG brother she thought to start with you I never knew you could sing and dance like you did that night. Thanks you for that night as I was spared I guess she didn't want two singers in the house. And the time as I was little and wanted to grow "WATERMELLOWS
you went down to the fruit market bought a large onetook it down to my garden and took one of the viens over to it WELL heck yea I thought I raized it And the time you had a 1937 Chev coupe a nd I bought it from you I gave you my clock radio and ten dollars yes you ripped me off again. But brother I could go on with many stories but I want you to know iam so proud of you in so many ways Our GOD could never bless me with a better brotherBUT you already know that ha ha

Dad, Words cannot express how much I truly love and miss you right now. I feel as if there is a hole in my heart where you should be. However, I thank God for giving me such a wonderful father to care for me, guide me along the right pathways, and be an amazing Christian example of how I should live my life and raise my own family. You are a blessing to everyone that had the opportunity to know you, and you have touched so many lives in your lifetime. I know that you will always be a guardian angel in our lives, and I am comforted in knowing that you are in Heaven watching over us all. I will cherish all of the wonderful memories I have of you. The picture I just posted is one that Kellie sent to me today. Even though I don't remember the day it was taken, the smile on your face is the one that I will always remember in my heart. God Bless You Dad! I love you dearly!

I could never express the sorrow I feel that Bill(pappy) has left us. Since I have known him his witty comments have always made my day. Even when I was down I would just go see him for that light hearted lift that I needed to get through my day. His smile brought joy to all that had known him. He loved life his wife Marylou aka (GMa) as I called her and his family. When times were tough they were always there for him. Every since the day I started working for his son Gary they have always made me feel like family. I love and will always cherish the time I got to spend with him. He was and always will have a special place in my heart. I love you Bill (pappy). You will be missed emencely.
