Anne Petrosky, 93, of Garden Way Place in Hermitage, passed away on the evening of Friday, April 22, 2016 in her residence. Born in Honeybrook, PA on May 30, 1922, Anne was the daughter of the late Michael and Maria Klembara Varsho. She married Mike Petrosky on September 2, 1950 and he preceded her in death on July 26, 2000. Anne was a member of St. John's Orthodox Church. She enjoyed cooking, canning and baking. Anne also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, but she loved being a grandmother the most. Anne is survived by two daughters; Bettie Anne and Albert Masaitis of Brookfield, OH, Paula and Richard Gurneal of Hermitage, four grandchildren; Michelle Lutz, Bobby Lutz, Nicci and Matt Daley and Jakki Gurneal and two great-grandchildren; Grace and Zane Daley. In addition to her parents and her husband, Anne was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Michael Petrosky in 1980, four brothers; George, Mike, Joe and John Varsho and two sisters; Veronica Ziminick and Helen Brestelli. Friends will be received on Monday, April 25th from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM at St. John's Orthodox Church in Hermitage. Interment will follow in St. John's Orthodox Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Anne's name to St. John's Orthodox Church, 3180 Morefield Road, Hermitage, PA 16148. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Tomon Funeral and Cremation Services.
