Where do you start? Harry and Allys were two of the most important people in my life over the years. Harry taught me a lot and Allys was always so cheerful and fun to be around. The world was a much better place because of them. Rest in Peace beside Harry and Larry Allys.

It was an honor to know this Gold Star Mother and Ladies G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic) Sister. Allys’ lifelong patriotism is inspirational to us all. Most memorable to me was assisting her to decorate our organization’s float prior to last year’s Memorial Day parade. Her enthusiasm was contagious. She will be greatly missed this year and future gatherings. Deepest condolences are extended to her family, friends, and all lives that she touched. In Fraternity, Charity, and Loyalty, Dorothy Frye Walker, Department of PA President, Ladies G.A.R.

Dave & Michelle,
So sad to hear of your loss, our sincere condolences to all in your family. Can't think of Allys without a smile, oh the fun times we shared. Though having the heartache of losing her loving son, the both of you brought joy and happiness back into her heart and to Harry too. Her laughter, her hugs, her spunk, her sense of humor and mostly her love and devotion to family will always be remembered. She considered all of your friends her adopted Grandchildren and they in turn felt she was another Gramma. As a parent of one of them, we considered ourselves lucky to have known her. Even after many years if we saw her she ask how we were and ask about our son and family, always a hug and kiss. Norma our sympathy to as well, know how close you were. Just remember to let memories bring Smiles to your face, Laughter in your voice, Joy in your thoughts and Peace in your hearts in the days ahead. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.

There are no words to say what a wonderful, beautiful, spunky, fun person Allys was! She and Harry were so close to our family growing up, I feel as if we have lost a part of our family too! I will always treasure my memories I have of both of them...they were both so special. In so many ways! Now they are finally reunited witth Larry! I am sure somewhere in Heaven there was a huge coming home party, and my parents were there to welcome her too. You will all be in my heart and my prayers as you face the world without your Mom and Grandma. Although it may be hard to feel at times, please know that God is holding you up with one hand , and hugging her with his other! May God bless you all!

We're thinking of you all with so much love. Allys was such a fun person, and always so full of life! All our parents had so much fun together. Mom (Martha) says 'Allys was always a good friend!'. I'm sure the cards are already being shuffled! Our love to you all.

It was an honor and a privilege to have known Allys. Her and Harry were as much a part of my childhood as my own family. Her beautiful smile & personality never failed to make me smile. This world shines a little less bright without her in it but heaven has gained one classy lady. May you all find comfort in knowing that there is no doubt that Allys is now among the angels.
